Nadia Spence, the broker and owner of Provision Realty, LLC & Provision Realty South Florida, LLC, began her real estate career in 2006, a year after completing her BS in Finance at The Florida State University. Initially, she began working for a private developer in land acquisition and community rehabilitation. In time she transitioned into the corporate real estate arena and due to her experience in market analysis she was able to develop a profitable property management division.
David Kenton is a South Florida native, and a two-time Florida State University graduate where he received both his bachelor's and Doctorate degrees. He also attended North Carolina Central University School of Law, where he received his law degree. He primarily focuses on residential purchases and listings in Broward, Dade and Palm Beach counties. David places a high value on professionalism and customer service, and believes his clients should have a quality, concierge-like experience in the home-buying process. He is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated with the Fort Lauderdale Alumni Chapter.
