NADIA'S BIOGRAPHY
OVERVIEW:
Nadia Spence, the broker and owner of Provision Realty, LLC & Provision Realty South Florida, LLC, began her real estate career in 2006, a year after completing her BS in Finance at The Florida State University. Initially, she began working for a private developer in land acquisition and community rehabilitation.
DETAILS:
In time she transitioned into the corporate real estate arena and due to her experience in market analysis she was able to develop a profitable property management division . As she flourished in her field this opened up the opportunity for her to assist both buyers, sellers, investors and renters. With the support of her clients, family, friends, and community; the opening of her own company was the next logical step for her real estate career. She now stands as the broker of two real estate companies throughout the state of Florida. Specializing in short sales, bank owned (REO) transactions; her goal has always been, and will continue to be, to represent your best interests in the leasing, selling, or purchasing of real estate.
